Augusta Eagles Baseball is governed by a Board of Directors which is comprised of parents of current and former players of the Augusta Eagles.  These board members are volunteers and give their time and energy in order to help keep a team on the field year-after-year.  The board is responsible for the hiring and evaluating of the coaches.  The board has no say on which children are selected to the high school or middle school teams.  They also have no say in which players receive playing time.  Those decisions are the sole discretion of the coaches.
